Dear Rectors
LudoSport International in collaboration with the Academy of LudoSport León is going to run a Form 1 Tecnico course that will be held at the Academy premises.
Please read everything very carefully!
The course will need a minimum of 3 participants to run and capped at 10 people. Whether the course will be activated or not will be advised on the 15th January, once we know if the minimum number of participants is met. Confirmation of one’s place on the course is only finalised once full payment has been paid.
The details of the course are as follows:
- Master – Gianluca ‘Sabnak’ Longo
- Hosting entity: LudoSport LEON
- Date and Time: 29th April – 5th May 2024 (Times 10am – 6pm each day)
- Location: LudoSport Leon, C. Maestro Nicolás, 23, 24005 León, Spain
- Price: €800,00 . Full payment must be paid before 29th February 2024.
Itincludes international Tecnico fee and any costs the course may incur.
By signing up to this course you also acknowledge that accommodation, travel and any expense outside of the course, are not covered by LudoSport León or LudoSport International.
On confirmation of acceptance of the course (see Candidate Prerequisites), you will be sent payment instructions. Invoice will be issued by Abridge SRL after receipt of the funds.
A. CANDIDATE PREREQUISITES
It is mandatory for each person that would like to participate at the Tecnico Courses to match all the following prerequisites:
- One or more years of experience as an instructor in the chosen Form;
- Candidate has taught the chosen Form to at least a class in in the last two years;
- Excellent knowledge of the theory of all the techniques of the Form;
- Ability to perform all the techniques of the Form in a didactic way;
- Great explaining and teaching skills;
- Active registration on LudoSport+;
B. CONDITIONS
- The Tecnico courses are reviewing courses, and even if there will be some time to eventually correct some inaccuracies, the candidates must be already knowing the Form.
- The participants will be evaluated from day one till the end of the lessons. It will possible to pass or fail the course even without taking a formal exam at the end of it.
- Exams will be made just in case the Teachers of the course still have some doubts about the preparation of certain candidates.
- Promotion to Tecnico is not guaranteed.
- A participant failing the course can request additional examination after 6 months. Cost of the new examination will be defined case by case, depending on logistics and availability.
- Candidates passing the exam will receive the wisteria string to add to the instructor braid and a Wisteria subtunic will be shipped to the address of their Academy (shipment costs may apply if the shipment is dedicated).
In order to register a candidate for the course please respond to this before January 8, 2024, as SLM and LudoSport International Team will be in charge of the selection process.
